Zimbabwean Refugees Testing the Patience of Their South African Hosts

A peace process may be underway in Zimbabwe, but the fruits of the interim agreement are still far away from the millions of Zimbabweans who now call South Africa home.
Fleeing economic collapse, a cholera outbreak and political repression, Zimbabweans are starting to test the patience of their South African hosts. Up to 4000 Zimbabwean economic refugees in central Johannesburg are facing deportation back to a country where the inflation rate is running in the billions.
