TABOR II: One Downhill Slope Maine Should Avoid

This November 3rd Mainers are faced with a lot of pending issues. The most concerning to me, as a citizen of Western Maine and also the GM at Saddleback Maine, is Question 4, also known as TABOR II, and its impact on tourism.
Mainer’s have rejected TABOR like bills twice before, because TABOR is bad policy. The unintended consequences of this bill are devastating. From education to business, there is no way we will be able to compete with the rest of the U.S. under TABOR. As all other states grow and rebound from our current economic recession Maine will be left behind and we are already behind. Why make is worse!!!
