Ron Paul Gives Class Copy of the Constitution

US Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) visited an elementary school in Victoria Texas on Wednesday to discuss America's Constitution and the functions of government. Congressman Paul also handed out copies of the Constitution to the class.
"He talked about the government and how sometimes they disobey the Constitution," fifth-grader Seth Garrett said, according to the Victoria Advocate.
