12 States Considering Workforce Bullying Bans

This year, statehouses in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Illinois, Vermont, Oklahoma, Utah, Oregon, Nevada, Montana and Washington are considering legislation to protect workers from severe psychological harassment from bullying bosses.
