And now, I have been contacted by an artist who's big in France regarding a collaboration. This could prove to be beneficial because the artist is platinum overseas. You get a chance to get introduced to that artist's fans and vice versa. I would even entertain the thought of signing with an overseas-based record label to garnish some international fame first, only to come back to the States for national recognition.
