NBA Players Participate in Middle East Peace Process at Maine Camp

Otisfield, Maine -- Brian Scalabrine of the Boston Celtics and Gerald Henderson, a first-year player for the Charlotte Bobcats who is eligible to be assigned to the Maine Red Claws, are among the NBA standouts who are attending the Play for Peace basketball clinic at the Seeds of Peace International Camp today.
140 Israeli, Palestinian, Egyptian, Jordanian and American youth come to the Maine camp each summer to discuss the peace process in the Middle East. The NBA players will teach basketball fundamentals and help the teens learn about healthy competition.
