Not the Values I Learned in Church
Sometimes, even my family learns a thing or two from editorials.
My mother, a professional Catholic if there ever was one, will not be pleased to hear that if for some reason I die anytime soon, I don’t want a traditional Catholic funeral. Frankly, after seeing the church’s reaction to the potential repeal of the gay marriage bill, I don’t want my last few moments above ground being feted by an organization whose leadership turns my stomach.
