How would you describe your company and its product to someone who has never heard of it?

Student only food delivery app on college campuses.

How did you come up with the idea for your company? How did you validate the concept early on?

Came up with the idea after realizing that regular delivery drivers don’t have the knowledge or access to reach a college student in the dorms are libraries. Started validating the concepts by doing the deliveries to friends in the dorms and got popular enough that classmates are asking me for delivery jobs. Also named Coolest College Startup 2015 by Inc. Magazine.

Any hungry student or professor.

Where would you like to see your company in 5 years?

Have an international footprint.

What broader trends are driving interest in the food tech sector?

Delivery is huge and segmented. It could be meal kit delivery, on-demand delivery or a scheduled deliveries.

What excites you personally about working in food tech?

For many people, nothing makes them happier than having great food. And I love that we are able to bring that feeling to hard-working students and professors all across the country.

Yes.

What words of wisdom would you like to share with the next generation of food tech CEOs?

There are so many great opportunities with in trying to solve problems like food waste, healthier eating and we need all the bright minds we can in this sector to make sure we live a sustainable future.
