Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn is totally stocked with chic brasseries and many are open later than you’d expect. The secret is out! Ballers wanna grub around here and post about their Brooklyn escapades on social media.
This is not a flyover zone anymore and the perception needs to update. But none of that really makes much of a difference in this corner of the metropolis. If you don’t like it, go back to Maine, Vermont or New Hampshire.
The haters don’t know this town is filled with healthy fast food and solid sit down restaurants. Hankering for an adventure this evening? Why not sample African, Jewish or Italian fare? Or maybe snack on something like tacos and burgers.
It’s intriguing to witness how the waiters and waitresses represent the variety of the boys and girls living all over the Big Apple. Your server may be a clean cut and well-dressed alum from St. John’s University and St. Joseph’s College. Or they could be hipsters with colorful clothing. Either way, they are all passionate about gastronomy. Some of these restaurants in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn are dirt cheap while the remaining are deluxe. All are Twitter worthy.
Real Brooklynites might split their weeks. Half the days are for the gym and salads and the other half are for five servings of pizza and burgers. It’s called gluttony…erm, we mean “balance.” LOL! Get ready for a party in your mouth.
