Raleigh is a restaurant destination for the middle classes. Who are we to judge how much you can afford to eat? If you are scared that only social media obsessed millennials know about these secret feedbags, don’t be! The friendly waitstaff will welcome you. They are your tour guides when you go on a culinary adventure.
Weirdly, the chefs in Raleigh still don’t get the credit they have earned. The global moneyset may very well prefer to munch in bigger cities. Their dislike of places like Raleigh is quite unmistakable. And yet no one here is that bothered by it all. You don’t need to be a mega billionaire to enjoy these places.
You could be eating great grilled salmon. Or taste sustainable, organic vegetables. We can proudly report that human beings make the food around here. And they source from local farms when possible. It seems like the herbs come from a nearby garden. We especially like the old school institutions in Raleigh. It’s like eating history.
Can we finally settle the debate about the hottest restaurants? Enjoy the future of food.
