So, Labor Day is coming up next month. If you want to see how Utahns handle the occassion, plan a trip to Lindon, Utah now. Locavores have been lauding this town’s peerless chefs and we have taken notice. It seems like new eateries keep appearing that raise the bar to new heights.
We may recognize that for newbies to this area, there are antique, lingering perceptions which may make this city appear like a tough sell. But for real, this city surely isn’t a divergent conservative hideout like the rest of the West. Who cares though? Lindon, Utah still doesn’t get the recognition is deserves but that bothers no one who lives here.
Again…who assuredly cares though? Utahans totes admire how their epicurean experts use the ideal beef or dairy in their dishes. Believe it or not, many ingredients and garnishes are supposedly sourced locally from all over the state, including the counties of Utah and Summit.
Clients will be amazed at how they incorporate seemingly random ingredients like lamb or beef throughout the meal. Most of the delish diner destinations here tend to be velveteen but with a bohemian edge. Meanwhile, the remaining simply cater to the destitute crowds.
Exciting restaurants are categorically welcoming places here. And forgiving ones too. You should feel right at home. Hey Utahans! Let’s eat.
